Clinical psychologist approved by the Belgian Commission of Psychologists, reference number 972234685, I graduated with a Master's degree in psychological sciences, with a specialization in clinical psychology and psychopathology at the Free University of Brussels.

 

I am Franco-Argentinian by origin and I have lived in several different countries. This course allowed me to open up to different cultures and environments. I am an empathetic, open, flexible, and dynamic person.

  

I rely on an evidence-based approach which consists of collaborative work. I use CBT and ACT tools, coaching tools, and mindfulness exercises depending on your requests and needs.

I offer you a secure environment where you can come and drop off what you want to work on while respecting professional secrecy.

I am a strong believer that the work in therapy does not stop at what happens during the session but how we can integrate it into our daily life. Everyone has their own way of life, where there is sometimes a lack of light. As a therapist, I come to light the way to see where you want to go and how you can get there together. Over the sessions, you will develop your own toolbox that can join you on your life path.
